Arrival Checklist
Our arrival checklist informs you compactly about all important topics for your arrival and your stay.
The information presented on this page is legally binding and part of the accommodation contract, which is concluded with the booking. Therefore, please read all points carefully.
Arrival & Departure
The reception is staffed from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 9 pm, or from Tuesday to Saturday until the restaurant closes. If you arrive later, we will automatically deposit your room key, access is then via a PIN code, which we will send to you by email together with a detailed description.
Therefore, please make absolutely sure that we can contact all arriving guests by email and check your emails from 9 pm onwards for receipt of the access description.
Check-in is possible from 2 pm. A chargeable early arrival from 12 pm is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Outside reception hours, the hotel can only be entered via the night entrances (access with room key).
If you arrive on Sunday, we will automatically deposit your room key, access will then be via a PIN code, which we will send to you by email together with a detailed description.
Therefore, please make absolutely sure that we can contact all arriving guests by email and check your emails from 12 pm on the day of arrival for the receipt of the access description.
There is a separate video-monitored parking lot on the hotel premises. Additional parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity in the parking lot of the Kneipp spa.
Garages must be requested prior to arrival and are subject to availability (chargeable). The hotel offers valet parking subject to availability, please speak to our reception staff.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure. A late departure until 2 pm is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. There is the possibility of express check-out, please contact us upon arrival.
Stay
Breakfast is offered as a rich buffet in the hotel lobby. Mondays to Fridays from 7 to 10 am, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:30 to 10 am.
External guests must be announced at the latest the day before.
All hotel guests can use our wellness area with fitness room, several saunas, relaxation rooms and outdoor pool. The wellness area is open daily from 6 pm to 9 pm. The saunas can be used on request daily from 4 pm to 9 pm. Please note that the use of the wellness area on the day of departure is only possible until check-out at 11 am.
The natural pool can be used from April to October, depending on the weather.
Wellness treatments are offered by external partners and must be requested at least 3 days before arrival.
Throughout the hotel, house guests have access to free Wi-Fi for Internet use. Upon arrival, all guests will receive an access code for the RM-Gast network. The hotel is not responsible for any incompatibilities of individual devices.
If no advance payment is required, you can pay for your stay preferably in cash or by giro card or credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard).
Restaurant
The hotel's restaurant is open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12 pm to 2 pm, and 6 pm and 10 pm. Food orders are accepted until 1 pm, respectively until 8:30 pm. On Sundays and Mondays there is no catering outside breakfast.
A table reservation is required for the restaurant. A room reservation does not guarantee a free table in the restaurant (table reservations as part of an arrangement or half board are made automatically).
If you would like to use our restaurant, we recommend that you make a reservation several days before arrival via our online table reservation. From experience, table reservations for Friday or Saturday evening should be requested at least one week in advance.
Please note that the hotel does not have a bar. All rooms are equipped with a minibar in case you want to have a drink late at night.
Room
All rooms are non-smoking - In case of violation we will charge another night, because a room with smoke smell can not be rented.
Bringing pets is possible with a fee upon prior request.
Please note that pets that have not been registered cannot be accepted.
Only categories are reserved, the right to a specific room does not exist. Preferences can be communicated to the hotel with pleasure.

Outside the opening hours you can reach your room through one of the three side entrances using your key card. The main entrance, the hotel lobby and the restaurant are closed at this time.
In case of emergency, the bell at the main entrance or the internal emergency number can be used. Please note that misuse of the emergency bell and number is subject to a charge.

The hotel stores information on room requests, allergies, mobility restrictions and preferences for internal purposes. All guests have the right to information and deletion of data.
