In order for you to be able to start your conference right away, the conference rooms are already prepared with the usual equipment and technology at no extra charge. If you have any further wishes, please do not hesitate to let us know when you book.
Rent
For flexible planning of your event, we offer three different time slots for booking the room. For classic meetings in the morning and afternoon, the daytime rental is available. For shorter events, the more favorable evening rental is available. For events lasting several days, you can use the all-day rental.
Full-day rent, from 7 am to 9 pm
Evening rent, from 6 pm to 9 pm
