Frequently asked questions
- What do I need to consider when arriving or visiting the restaurant?
In Baden-Württemberg, the 3G rule has been in effect since August 16, 2021, which means that all guests must either be vaccinated, recovered or tested. Please bring appropriate proof directly to the check-in.
The easiest option is to show the digital vaccination certificate via the Corona alert app or the CovPass app or the vaccination passport.
Mouth-to-nose coverage is also required to be worn in all hotel buildings. Both FFP2 masks and medical masks are permitted.
- Can I also be tested on site?
The Romantik Hotel Rindenmühle does not offer Corona quick tests at the hotel and is not authorized to perform them. Please prepare accordingly for your arrival and use one of the official test centers. The nearest test center is located in the Theater am Ring and is less than 5 minutes away by car.
- How long is a negative rapid test or PCR test valid?
If no evidence of complete vaccination or recovery can be provided, a current rapid test or PCR test is required twice a week.
- Is one of the 3G also needed if I just want to eat on the terrace?
Yes, compliance with the 3G rule is required throughout the hotel premises. We do not differentiate between outdoor and indoor catering, as the hotel lobby must be crossed to reach the terrace and it may be necessary to switch to the indoor area if the weather changes. Therefore, the regulations for indoor catering also apply to the restaurant terrace.
- Are there any other rules or regulations that I need to be aware of?
Don't worry, you only have to take care of the 3G rule and the mask requirement. We will take care of all other measures, such as distance and hygiene rules.
