Trainee exchange

Our hotel cooperation is well networked; as a trainee, you have the opportunity to take part in the annual trainee exchange and work temporarily in one of the more than 200 Romantik® Hotels - not only in Germany, but in almost all of Europe.

Flat hierarchies

As a small company, our business is not as segmented as in larger companies. We only have three levels of hierarchy. As a result, we not only work much more closely together as a company, but you also benefit from a smaller division of labour and broader areas of responsibility. Plannable free time

Plannable free time in the hotel and catering industry? Difficult in many establishments that are open 7 days a week. Not for us: due to our regular rest days in the restaurant on Sunday and Monday, all employees in the service and kitchen departments enjoy fixed days off - all year round, with the exception of public holidays.

Free meals

Chargeable canteen? Not with us! From Tuesday to Saturday we serve free breakfast, lunch and dinner and on Sundays and Mondays you can have breakfast for free.
