Of course, you can also purchase all vouchers directly from us at the hotel and pay conveniently using all common payment methods.

Our product vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. In the first year after issue, you can purchase the specified service at no extra charge, even if the value of the service has changed in the meantime. From the second year after issue, any surcharge incurred will be charged. Our value vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

Product vouchers cannot be partially redeemed, credited or used for another service. Value vouchers, on the other hand, can be redeemed freely. Payment of the remaining amount is not possible.

With the PDF delivery option, you will receive the voucher and invoice in digital PDF format by e-mail. The vouchers have their own format and design for printing at home. All you need is a colour printer and A4-sized paper.

We use PayPal to make the online payment process easier and more secure. Even without creating a PayPal account, you can pay conveniently by direct debit or credit card.

We process all orders within one working day of receipt of payment. As there is no dispatch route for delivery as a PDF, you should receive the voucher the next day at the latest. Postal dispatch usually takes an additional 2 days.

We process all voucher orders individually and manually, there is no automated dispatch for PDF vouchers. However, we endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours. After processing, you will receive an email from us with the voucher and the corresponding invoice attached as a PDF.

The services included, the format and the layout of the vouchers are fixed, but you are welcome to personalise the text as you wish. For example, we are happy to add a dedication for the recipient. Please use the Message to the merchant field at the PayPal checkout.
